Tragic Shooting on Limekiln Pike

Around 3:45 p.m., there was gunfire in the 7100 block of Limekiln Pike. The unidentified victim was shot several times throughout his body, according to the police. After being taken by police to Albert Einstein Hospital, the man tragically passed away from his wounds and was pronounced dead at 3:54 p.m.

Investigations are still ongoing into the events that preceded the deadly shooting. Regarding what precipitated the violence, whether multiple shooters were involved, and whether the victim knew his attacker(s), no information has been made public as of yet.
